What is Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS)?
Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) is a new method of intrinsic locomotor system stabilization based on the scientific principals of developmental kinesiology, the neurophysiological aspects of the maturing locomotor system.
DNS is not just a technique, but rather an overall strategy designed to better understand the principals of locomotor system function.
The principals of DNS are applied during both assessment and treatment of a number of biomechanical disorders. To learn more, visit the “Prague School” of Rehabilitation and Manual Medicine.
